Your mission
We’re looking for a sharp and hands-on Founder’s Associate Intern to join our team and work directly with the founders and our team on high-impact projects across all areas of the business.
Start-date: 16.02.2026 or 01.03.2026
How your day-to-day will look like:
- Drive special Initiatives: Directly engage with the Founders and our team by taking ownership of ad-hoc projects, showcasing your adaptability and eagerness to explore new areas and handle urgent topics.
- Demonstrate your number skills: Support the development and maintenance of our financial model. Take ownership of financial tracking, support our accounting and contribute to investor communications by preparing materials and reports that highlight our performance and vision.
- Support Compliance & Data Protection: Learn and contribute to our efforts in ensuring compliance with key regulations such as GDPR. Help us maintain secure, compliant operations by supporting data protection initiatives and upholding high standards.
- Support Core Business Operations: Get hands-on with the operational heartbeat of an early-stage startup. You will assist across diverse business functions, including People & Culture, Events, and Marketing, helping to build the robust operational foundation required for scaling.
- Enhance Internal Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, implement effective tools, and support team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

About us
revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense against modern cyber threats.
Today, we are a team of around 25 ambitious individuals - and this is only the beginning of our revellion. We are currently based in Berlin and are preparing an exciting next chapter: in February 2026, we will open our brand-new office in Munich and move our entire team there. As we grow, we’re not just aiming to build a great product, we’re creating a place where revels can do their best work and grow along the way.
