Founders Associate Intern (all genders)
Our mission
Your mission
How your day-to-day will look like:
- Execution & Special Projects: You take the founders' decisions and turn them into real outcomes: scoping a project, chasing down the details, and driving it to done, whatever function it touches.
- Business Operations: You support the day-to-day operations, propose improvements, and introduce tools and processes that bring more structure to how we work.
- Data & Insights: You pull together the numbers that matter (KPIs, dashboards, analyses and more) so leadership has the visibility they need to act with confidence, whether that's runway, pipeline, or campaign performance.
- Go-to-Market Support: You jump into growth, marketing, and sales initiatives. From prepping a launch to running a small experiment, and help us learn fast about what works.
- Investor & Stakeholder Materials: You contribute to investor and leadership communications by preparing reports, updates, and data-driven materials that reflect both our performance and our vision.
Is it you we are looking for?
- Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Are a structured, analytical thinker who's comfortable with numbers and data: you can break a messy problem into pieces and figure out what actually matters.
- Are biased towards action but know when precision is non-negotiable. You move fast on the 80% and slow down when accuracy really matters.
- Are a "no task too small" operator: you're as comfortable cleaning up a messy spreadsheet as you are preparing a leadership update, and you bring the same rigor to both.
- Are AI-native: AI tools are a core part of your daily workflow to maximize speed and quality. You pair this with solid proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, and tools like Notion and Google Slides to communicate your findings clearly.
- Are a fluent communicator in English, spoken and written. German is a plus for working with local stakeholders.
Bonus
- You've had hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
- You have exposure to startup or VC-backed company dynamics (SaaS metrics, growth funnels, burn rate, etc.).
- A track record of side projects, student initiatives, or community work where you actually shipped something.

About us
revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.
It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius, we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 40 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
Early days. Big mission. Come build it with us!
