Our mission
Your mission
How your day-to-day will look like:
- Content & Translation: You create learning content, build and adapt e-learning modules for customers, and translate them between German and English, using AI tools to work faster without losing quality.
- Quality Assurance: You check modules for content, language, consistency and technical correctness before they go live.
- Customer Requests: You answer customer requests and know when to pull in the team.
- Research: You track competitors, cybersecurity trends and regulatory changes, and turn them into input for our content and strategy.
- Special Campaigns: You contribute to campaigns like Cybersecurity Awareness Month, from blog articles and social posts to training content and campaign material.
- Documentation: You maintain and improve our documentation and knowledge sources, so that our team and our AI tools always work with up-to-date information.
Is it you we are looking for?
- Are currently enrolled in a degree program in a field like (business) psychology, educational science, adult learning or didactics. Other fields are welcome too, if you’re curious about how people learn and change behavior.
- Work carefully, take ownership and drive tasks to the finish line.
- Are passionate about making learning content more engaging: you care about what makes training stick, and you enjoy turning dry topics into something people actually want to complete.
- Have a good eye for language: you spot when a text is off, unclear or clunky, and you know how to make it better, with or without AI support.
- Are fluent in German and English, written and spoken, so you can help us offer our training in both languages and work smoothly with our customers and our international team.
- Are a “no task too small” operator: you’re as comfortable polishing a quiz question as fixing a typo in a customer module or answering a quick customer question.
- Are AI-native and tool-fluent: AI tools are part of your daily workflow, and you pick up new systems quickly.
- Can work 16–20 hours per week from our Munich office, with an immediate start possible, for at least 6 months.
- You have first experience with e-learning, instructional design or an LMS.

About us
revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.
It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius, we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 40 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
